There definitely isn’t any foreshadowing in this page at all. None to see here. Move along.
As always, the art is by Nelly (Click the banner at the top of the page to go to her http://www.furryexperience.com/ web site… or click that link, if you’re too lazy to scroll up.
Story is by myself.
Some people just don’t understand when death awaits with big pointy teeth…
If she had any decency or care at all, she wouldn’t participate in games with a condition that brings other participants (and viewers?) into lethal danger. If anyone dies or is maimed, the blame is entirely on her. Then again, this is not really that kind of comic.
Not quite true, wetpaint. When you are a trained member of the military, you are expected to do this sort of thing as training. It is the responsibility of those who chose to attempt to improve their skills by fighting to ensure that they take the relevant precautions. Just like when we do live fire exercises, it is up to you NOT to do stupid things that will lead to you being injured. Basically the higher the level of training you undertake, the greater the risk of injury or death. If you do dumb things, you pay the price and your superiors deal with you accordingly if you are still about. Remember, Hazel is engineered to be a weapon and weapons must be treated with the appropriate level of respect, caution and safety protocols.
I’m thinking Titus will end up fighting hard just to keep the Bozo Brothers from getting themselves hurt/killed by stupidity/arrogance.
I am amused that this strip makes such an issue of touching Hazel’s tail, but we barely get a glimpse of it! 🙂
Iron Ed: You can “blame” the artist for that… though blame really isn’t the right word. Just happens that her tail doesn’t show up in a lot of frames.
I’m sure that’ll change during the fight.
“Blame”?? I wasn’t intending to “blame” anyone! My post was meant to be taken literally. I was “amused”, and I meant that in a good way. My apologies to you and Nelly if I was not clear. I enjoy both ‘Imperial Gelf’ and ‘Furry Experience’ on a regular basis! 🙂
